Meet the Accrotool Team

Bill founded Accrotool, Inc. in 1972 and continues to be very involved in the daily operations and direction of the company. He comes to work every day to interact with his team and is often seen working in the factory alongside his employees. Even though his company has grown and continues to evolve, Bill has not lost sight of what is most important - his customers and employees. As a highly skilled Journeyman Machinist, he has built an innovative and competitive company that generally “makes it personal”.

As the new President, Buck brings 30 years of solid entrepreneurial experience to AccroTool to lead the company in its future growth plans.

Buck's management experience in technology-driven product development and production methods will aid AccroTool in their implementation of enterprise wide improvements. He will also oversee further efficiencies in its supply chain activities.

As a lifetime resident of western Pennsylvania, Buck's roots are planted firmly in the region. He is active in a variety of civic and charitable organizations.

As vice president of operations, Eric directs production, production support, purchasing, maintenance, scheduling, and the shipping and inventory control departments. Eric grew up in McKeesport and worked in manufacturing as a plant superintendant and assistant plant manager for 13 years prior to joining Accrotool, Inc. in 2004. Eric brings with him great discipline and a unique outside approach to his many responsibilities within our growing company.

Mark brings 36 years of experience working in the metals industry to Accrotool, Inc. He started his career as a tool and die maker, advancing to die designer, cost estimator, production supervisor and sales manager. Joining Accrotool nearly 20 years ago to establish a sales department, Mark is responsible for securing and managing key accounts, leading the internal and external sales teams, and growing the Accrotool brand.

Bill proudly joined his family's company on a co-op program from Central Westmoreland Area Vocational Technical School in 1978. Bill served an apprenticeship program to become a Journeyman Machinist. Over the next 32 years, he worked through the ranks learning all areas within the company. Bill has been in purchasing and planning since 2003.

As a member of the owner's family and dedicated employee of 23 years, Darlene has a special interest in hiring the best and most skilled people to join the Accrotool team. Her responsibilities include recruiting, testing, interviewing and hiring all employees. As a human resource manager, she also provides support and guidance to employees with personal issues. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers and the National Tooling and Machining Association.

Greg started off as an apprentice, then journeyman moldmaker before becoming a supplier quality representative at Obermeyer, Inc. He later served as the quality supervisor at Leybold Vacuum, then quality manager at Rotarex. He was the production manager at Impact Innovative Products, a subsidiary of Extrude Hone, before coming to Accrotool.

Dick has a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh and over 25 years of diverse business and metalworking experience. He joined Accrotool, Inc. in 1992. In addition to managing key accounts and customer relations, he provides sales support in the areas of collections, supply, quality and engineering.

Kim came to Accrotool early in life, working as a co-op student while in high school. After graduation she served her four-year apprenticeship here and began working as a Journeyman Machinist. Her technical training and shop background serve her well in solving practical problems on behalf of Accrotool's customers.
