Punch Press Operator

Job Summary: Set-up and operate EMK and Vipros.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Adheres to safety and quality standards set forth by Accrotool, Inc.
  • Read and comply with customer and/or Accrotool drawings
  • Help coordinate work activities within work cells to ensure highest possible productivity and quality
  • Help facilitate the flow of materials, components and paperwork among and within work cells to fulfill production schedules
  • Follow job schedule as assigned
  • Expedite orders as directed
  • Provide competent training for new or transferred employees as needed
  • Perform related preventive maintenance on equipment when appropriate

Experience: One year fabrication experience preferred.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Specialized Skills, Training or Abilities:

  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push and pull up to fifty pounds
  • Ability to regularly perform fine finger and hand activity

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in a production plant environment with limited exposure to elements such as dust, noise, fumes or temperature changes, and with limited exposure to mechanical, electrical, fire, chemical, or other hazards.
